Using 50% of profits from every bottle, we provide 10 years of water access to someone in Africa who needs it. We will be working with Water Is Life to build water wells and increase access to water filters in order to provide access to clean, and safe water to those who need it. The other 50% goes to growing Didómi in order to make a bigger impact. 

Every bottle comes with a Life-Time warranty. That's right. At Didómi, we are committed to providing high quality and fashionable reusable bottles. With a customer first mentality, if you have any problems due to manufacturer defects in the product, send it back to us and we will replace it  under our Life-Time warranty program. 

All Didómi products are made with design and customers in mind. Our bottle is built with thermo-pro™double wall vacuum insulation. Cold beverages stay cold for 24 plus hours and hot beverages for up to 12 hours. We have added rockwell™ powder coating so it is easy to grip and condensation free. Our bottle is 18/8 medical grade stainless steel to ensure no aftertaste. That was a lot- but that is because we care about our product. 

Shipping is calculated during checkout. We provide the most competitive shipping prices through USPS. Bottles should typically be at your doorsteps in less than 5 days. 

As we treat our customers as top priority, an email with the tracking information is sent out as soon as your order ships. Typically takes 3-5 days to receive your bottle. Our bottles are thoughtfully designed in Minneapolis and responsibly made in China. At Didómi we hold our local and global community to our hearts. Our goal is to build our factories in Africa and employ those affected by the water crisis with the intent of economically empowering them, while also providing 10 years of access to clean, safe water. 

Cleaning recommendations: We recommend hand-washing instead of a dishwasher. Our bottles are best cleaned with a mixture of hot water and soap. Alternatively, you can use effervescent tablets, especially for those hard to reach places. To keep your bottle as fresh as you got it, we suggest rinsing your bottle after every use and to always dry and store your Didómi bottle with the top off.

Storing: After washing your Didómi bottle, we recommend air drying it upside down and storing it with the lid off.
